Edwin E. Henslee, M.D.

Edwin E. Henslee, M.D. grew up in Midwest City, Oklahoma.  He received a BS from University of Central Oklahoma in Nursing and worked as an Intensive care nurse for five years.  He received his MD from the University of the Caribbean, St. Maarten, N.A.  Dr. Henslee received his postgraduate training in Family Medicine at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Indiana.  Upon completion of his Family Medicine residency, he received additional training with a second residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.  During his time in Lubbock, his research in diabetes and pregnancy was a Donald F. Richardson Award finalist.  His areas of interest include Women’s Health, obstetrics and laparoscopic surgery.  Dr. Henslee is the father of one daughter.
